Set up your email

iPhone & iPad — one-tap setup

Enter your email and we'll build a setup file. Tap it, type your password once, done.

1. Tap Download setup file above → tap Allow.
2. Open Settings → tap Profile Downloaded near the top.
3. Tap Install, enter your passcode, Install again.
4. When asked, type your email password → Done.

Don't know your password? Ask your administrator to reset it for you.

Mac — one-click setup

Enter your email, download the file, then double-click it.

1. Double-click the downloaded .mobileconfig file.
2. Open System Settings → General → Device Management (or Profiles).
3. Double-click the profile → Install → enter your Mac password.
4. When asked, type your email password.

Android — Gmail app

Your domain supports auto-setup, so you only need email + password.

1. Open the Gmail app → tap your avatar → Add another account.
2. Choose Other.
3. Type your full email address → Next.
4. Pick Personal (IMAP) if asked → type your password.
5. If it doesn't auto-fill servers, enter them manually (below) → Done.

If you need to enter servers by hand:

Windows — Outlook

Your domain is set up for auto-discovery, so Outlook configures itself.

1. Open Outlook → File → Add Account (or the prompt on first launch).
2. Type your full email address → Connect.
3. Type your password → Connect. Outlook finds the servers automatically.

If Outlook asks for account type, choose IMAP. Manual settings if needed:

Webmail — nothing to install

Just open it in any browser and sign in with your email and password.

Bookmark it for quick access. Works on any device — phone, tablet, or computer — with no setup.
